I began my panniculus reduction routine. Already on Day 1 it is less exciting. I was hoping that the routine would increase my feelings of aliveness and vitality below. Indeed, while doing bridging, I felt delightful flutters as my pelvis moved up and down. But that was all gone once I started planking. Planking brought on GERD. Note to self--try and change out the time done. And several of the exerciseds just felt--well, plain undignified--fire hydrant, where you imitate a dog urinating.
But I will persist. Less fat on the pelvis has to result in something wonderful.
